- Research for the optimal location for the presentation or distribution
- Management of paperwork (required permits and authorizations)
- Logistics and material management
- Definition of dress code
- Training on the product: target audience, objectives of promoting & selling
- Setting up of stands or exhibits with the provided material
Activities during the event:
- Presentation of products and enhancement of the corporate brand
- Business promotion and sale
- Built-in direct sales where required
- Distribution of leafleting
- Demonstrations
- Representation (delivery, give-aways and prizes)
Post-event activities:
- Reorganization and return of material, support all closing tasks
- Preparation of the feedback at the end of event
